Mandatory Store Requirement

In order to ensure proper configuration, your store must meet a requirement!

This single item is essential and must be confirmed before your store can function correctly with our integrations.

Online Store 2.0 Theme

Your store must be using an Online Store 2.0 theme. This is required for Droppable's easy theme integration using drag and drop app blocks in your theme editor to function.

Quick Check: Most stores created after June 2021 already use Online Store 2.0 by default and should have no issues.

How to Verify:

1. In your Shopify admin, navigate to Online Store > Themes.
2. Click on the "..." menu for your published theme and select "Edit code".
3. Look for the Templates folder in the left sidebar.
4. If a majority of the files inside this folder end with the .json extension (e.g., product.json, index.json), your theme is an Online Store 2.0 theme.

Note: If your template files are .liquid (e.g., product.liquid), you are using a legacy theme and will need to upgrade or switch to a compatible Online Store 2.0 theme before proceeding.
